  • Puff pastry sheets: 2
  • Eggs: 4 large
  • Greek yogurt or sour cream: 1 cup
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly dust a baking sheet with flour. Roll out one puff pastry sheet on the dusted surface until it's about ⅛ inch thick.

Spread half of Greek yogurt evenly over each layer, leaving a small border around the edges.
