Ingredients:
- Yogurt: 1 cup
- Plain Water or Fruit Juice (as per taste): 3/4 cup to 1 cup, depending on desired thickness and flavor
- Sugar: To taste, optional - about 2 tablespoons for sweetened versions
Directions:
In a blender or mixer bowl, combine yogurt and the chosen amount of water. If using fruit juice to add flavor, start with half cup first.
