Empanadas

Ingredients:
  • Ground beef or pork: 2 cups
  • Onion: 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Green bell pepper: 1/4 cup, diced
  • Salt and black pepper: to taste
  • Flour (for the empanadas): 2 cups
  • Water or beef broth: 1 cup
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the ground meat, onion, green bell pepper, salt and black pepper in a large bowl. Divide into six portions for smaller empanadas or eight portion balls of equal sizes to form larger ones.
