Ingredients:
  • Catfish fillets: 4
  • All-purpose flour: 1 cup
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cayenne Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Old Bay Seasoning: 1 tablespoon
Directions:

Wash and pat dry the catfish fillets with paper towels.

In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Old Bay seasoning. Dredge each fish fillet in the mixture until fully coated.
