Ingredients:
- Water: 240 ml
- Honey: 3 tablespoons
- Rye Flour: 5 cups (plus extra for dusting)
- Wheat Flour: 1 cup
- Active Dry Yeast: 2 teaspoons or 7g
- Salt: 1.5 teaspoons (or to taste)
Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine water and honey over low heat until just warm.
Dissolve yeast in the lukewarm liquid mixture
set aside for about 15 minutes or until foamy.
