Ingredients:
  • Water: 240 ml
  • Honey: 3 tablespoons
  • Rye Flour: 5 cups (plus extra for dusting)
  • Wheat Flour: 1 cup
  • Active Dry Yeast: 2 teaspoons or 7g
  • Salt: 1.5 teaspoons (or to taste)
Directions:

In a small saucepan, combine water and honey over low heat until just warm.

Dissolve yeast in the lukewarm liquid mixture

set aside for about 15 minutes or until foamy.
