Ingredients:
- Whole Rabbit or Piece of Meat: 1 (approximately 2-3 pounds)
- Salt and Pepper: to taste
- Olive Oil or Butter: as needed for browning
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Trim the rabbit, removing any excess fat and silverskin. Pat dry with paper towels.
Season both sides of the meat generously with salt and pepper.
