Ingredients:
- Chicken: 500 grams
- Basmati Rice: 2 cups
- Yogurt (Dahi): 1 cup, beaten
- Ghee (Clarified Butter): 3 tablespoons
- Chopped Onions: 2 cups
- Jeera (Cumin Seeds): 1 teaspoon, roasted and grounded into powder
Directions:
Heat 3 tablespoons of ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds on heat till they splutter.
Add chopped onions to the hot oil with some salt, sauté until golden brown and soft.
