Ingredients:
  • Chicken: 500 grams
  • Basmati Rice: 2 cups
  • Yogurt (Dahi): 1 cup, beaten
  • Ghee (Clarified Butter): 3 tablespoons
  • Chopped Onions: 2 cups
  • Jeera (Cumin Seeds): 1 teaspoon, roasted and grounded into powder
Directions:

Heat 3 tablespoons of ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds on heat till they splutter.

Add chopped onions to the hot oil with some salt, sauté until golden brown and soft.
