  • all-purpose flour: 1/2 cup
Directions:

Dust the veal cutlets lightly with salt and pepper on both sides. Coat them in all-purpose flour, shaking off excess.

Heat a thin layer of oil or butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Cook the coated cutlets until golden brown and crisped up.
