Ingredients:
- Fresh Celery Ribs: 4-6
- Simple Syrup (or Honey): 1 cup or as needed for sweetness
- Water: 2 cups
- Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Botanicals or Citrus Peels, sliced thinly if used:
Directions:
Wash and chop the fresh celery into small pieces.
In a pot combine chopped celery with water (and optional vanilla extract). Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20-30 minutes or until celery is tender.
