Ingredients:
  • Rice Bran Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Nishiri Rice (Shuzo): 2 cups uncooked rice, washed and soaked for 30 minutes in water mixed with a pinch of salt
  • Water: 4 cups plus extra for rinsing the rice (approximately)
Directions:

Drain and rinse soaked rice under cold water until it runs clear.

Soak dried, salted Nishiri Rice in a bowl of ice-cold purified water for at least 30 minutes to draw out the starch.
