Grilled Shark Steak

Ingredients:
  • Shark fillet: 2 (6-ounce each)
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice: 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic, minced: 1 clove
  • Chili flakes: 1 teaspoon (optional)
Directions:

Season the shark fillets with olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic and chili flakes.

Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill each side of the shark for about 2-3 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved.
