Ingredients:
  • Short-grain rice: 1 cup
  • Raisins or sultanas: 1/2 cup, soaked in water for 30 minutes and drained
  • Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salted water (or milk):
Directions:

Blend the rice, drained raisins or sultanas, cinnamon and vanilla extract in a blender until fine.

Pour into an electric coffee grinder with interchangeable burrs (or use mortar/pestle). Grind finely. Measure out approximately 1 cup of the resulting powder.
