Ingredients:
  • Apples: 10 pounds
  • Water: 3 gallons
  • Cider yeast or sugar: 2 ounces (or as per taste preference)
Directions:

Wash and chop the apples into small pieces.

Combine chopped apples, water, cider yeast/sugar in a large pot. Bring to simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until softened.
