Ingredients:
  • All-purpose flour: 2 cups
  • Dry yeast: 1 packet (7 grams)
  • Warm water: 3/4 cup, plus extra for kneading
  • Salt: 2 teaspoons
Directions:

In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water (about 105°F to activate it) and let sit for about 5 minutes or until foamy.

Combine flour and salt into a large mixing bowl. Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the active yeast mixture, kneading with your hands.
