Ingredients:
- Water: 4 cups
- Sports Electrolyte Powder or Tablets: 1 packet (or as directed on package)
- Lemon Juice: 2 tablespoons
- Honey: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: a pinch (optional)
Directions:
In a large pitcher or bottle, combine water and electrolyte powder/tablets.
Stir in lemon juice, honey, and salt if using. Mix well until all ingredients are fully dissolved.
