Ingredients:
  • Heavy cream: 1 cup
  • Sugar: 3/4 cup
  • Strawberries: 2 cups, hulled and sliced
  • Unsalted butter: 1 tablespoon
  • Pie crust or biscuit dough (optional):
Directions:

In a mixing bowl, beat together the heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form. Fold in sliced strawberries gently to preserve their shape.

Place mixture into serving dishes or individual cups lined with pie crust or biscuit dough (optional). Chill for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
