Classic Soju Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Rice Bran Malt Liquor Base: 2 liters
  • Distilled Soju Spirit (Gan) or Cheongju Whiskey: 1 liter
  • Sugar Syrup: 50 grams
Directions:

In a large pot, gently heat the rice bran malt liquor base over medium-low fire.

Once it's warm but not boiling, slowly add in the distilled soju spirit or cheongju whiskey and stir continuously to prevent sticking.
