Ingredients:
- Ground beef or turkey: 1 pound
- Minced onion: 2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley, chopped: 3 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper to taste:
- Red bell pepper, finely diced: 1/2 cup
- Tomato paste: 1 tablespoon
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, minced onion, chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Shape the mixture into small patties (about 1 inch thick).
Heat oil over medium-high heat in a frying pan. Add the kΓΆfte one at a time until browned on all sides.
Serve hot with rice and your favorite side dish.
