Ingredients:
  • Fresh Cherries: 20
  • Cognac or Cherry Brandy: 30 ml
  • Simple Syrup: 15 ml
  • Ice Cubes: 2-3 per glass, optional
Directions:

Hull and pit the fresh cherries.

Muddle them gently with cognac or cherry brandy in a mixing glass until smooth. Add simple syrup to taste (optional). Fill your shaker halfway with ice cubes, add muddled mixture from above into the mixer, and stir well for about 30 seconds.

Strain over freshly cracked ice or directly into chilled rocks glass if preferred.
