Grilled Chicken Breast

Ingredients:
  • Chicken breast: 2 pounds
  • Salt: 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Directions:

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.

Heat olive oil in a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium heat. Once hot, place the seasoned chicken breast onto the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Allow resting for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
