Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with garlic cloves for about 1 minute or till fragrant. Add softened cream cheese into the pan along with heavy whipping cream, stirring continuously until it is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Reduce heat slightly after mixture thickens a bit then add in grated Parmesan cheese
continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes or till sauce becomes glossy. Remove from the stove, stirring frequently until smooth. Add shrimp into skillet and mix well with Alfredo Sauce ensuring every piece of pasta is coated.
Toss in fresh parsley for garnish before serving warm.
