  • Eggs: 2
  • Salt: to taste
Directions:

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a fork.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, add salt to it if desired then pour in the beaten eggs.

Stir gently with a spatula until they begin to firm up but are still slightly runny.
