Porterhouse Steak

Ingredients:
  • Porterhouse steak: 2 (1-inch thick)
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black pepper: to taste
  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Directions:

Preheat grill to high heat.

Season both sides of the steaks with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Let them sit for a few minutes.

Place steaks on hot grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached (usually about 6-8 minutes total).

Let the steaks rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
