Homemade Corn Tortillas

Ingredients:
  • corn flour: 2 cups
  • water: 3/4 cup
Directions:

In a large bowl, mix the corn flour and water to form a soft dough. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.

Divide the dough into small balls (about golf-ball size each). Roll out each ball between two pieces of parchment paper or in a tortilla press until very thin.
