In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, basil leaves, dried thyme and salt.
Place meat or vegetables in a resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over the top of contents
seal tightly, pressing out as much air as possible before freezing. Directions for using: Prior to cooking (grilling, broiling, etc.), allow package to sit at room temperature until meat or vegetables are no longer chilled through and marinade has become absorbed by the contents of bag. Discard used marinade.
Cook according to chosen method. Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges on side.
