Ingredients:
  • Heavy Cream: 2 cups
  • Semi-sweet Chocolate Morsels: 1 cup
  • Unsalted Butter: 1/2 cup (1 stick)
  • Sugar: 3 tablespoons
  • Ground Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla Extract: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt: a pinch
Directions:

In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream and chocolate morsels. Heat over low heat until mixture is smooth.

Remove from heat and add butter, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well with an electric mixer on high speed for 5-7 minutes or until frosting thickens to desired consistency.
