Greek Coffee

Ingredients:
  • Ground coffee: 2 tablespoons
  • Water: 500ml (approximately 17 fluid ounces)
  • Vanilla sugar or regular granulated sugar: A pinch
Directions:

Boil water in a special Greek coffee pot known as a 'Torvikia'. If you don't have one, any small saucepan will do.

Once the water reaches boiling point and is rapidly bubbling at around 100°C (212°F), add two tablespoons of finely ground coffee into the pot.
