Ingredients:
- Ground Beef: 1 pound
- Taco Seasoning: 2 tablespoons
- Flour Tortillas: 8 medium-sized tortillas
- Shredded Lettuce: 1/4 cup, loosely packed
- Chopped Tomatoes: 1/2 cup
- Sliced Avocado: 1 ripe avocado, sliced into strips
- Shredded Cheese (optional): 2 tablespoons of choice cheese per taco
- Sour Cream: to taste, optional and for garnish
Directions:
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with taco seasoning until well-browned.
2. Wrap each tortilla in foil to keep them flat and warm while assembling.
