Electrolyte Sports Drink

Ingredients:
  • Water: 4 cups
  • Sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Salt (Electrolyte Mix): 1 teaspoon
  • Flavoring syrup or powder: 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice (optional): 1 tablespoon
Directions:

In a large pot, mix the water, sugar and salt until fully dissolved over medium heat.

Once combined, remove from heat and stir in flavoring syrup or powder. If using lemon juice for an extra electrolyte kick add it now as well.
