Ingredients:
- mahi-mahi fillets: 2 pound
- garlic powder: 1 tablespoon
- dry white wine or chicken broth: 1/4 cup
- unsalted butter, softened and divided: 8 tablespoons (1 stick)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a bowl, mix together garlic powder, white wine or chicken broth and half of the butter.
Brush both sides of each mahi-mahi fillet with this mixture.
