Ingredients:
  • Whole Oolong Leaves: 2 grams
  • Water: 95-100 degrees Fahrenheit (35-40 degrees Celsius)
Directions:

Preheat a kettle to 95-100 degrees Fahrenheit or bring water in a separate pot up to the same temperature.

Place two grams of whole Oolong leaves into your cup, saucer, or teapot. Pour hot (not boiling) water over the tea immediately and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
