  • Red onion rings: 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • Avocado cubes: 1/2 ripe, diced
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine cooked lentils with spices (salt, cumin, paprika) to your liking.

Shape the mixture into four burger patties and let them rest for 10 minutes.
