Ingredients:
- Fresh Clams: 1 pound
- Bacon: 8 strips
- Softened Eggs: 2 large eggs, beaten
- Garlic Cloves: 3-4 cloves, minced
- Fresh Chive Flakes: 1 tablespoon
- Salt and Pepper: to taste
Directions:
Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon slices, cooking until crisp.
Remove the bacon from the pan with tongs and set aside on paper towels.
