Dust the chicken breasts with flour, shaking off any excess.
In a separate pan or skillet, combine 1 tablespoon of olive oil and minced garlic over medium heat. Cook until fragrant but not burnt (about one minute). Add sliced mushrooms to the same pan
cook for about five minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in white wine or a mixture that includes Marsala wine along with chicken broth and let it simmer while you prepare your fried chicken. Return the coated chicken breasts into this sauce after they are browned on all sides (about two minutes per side). Cover and cook until done, usually around 20-25 minutes.
