Directions:

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with chopped onion and green bell pepper until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in garlic powder, salt, black pepper to taste, and taco seasoning mix. Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until flavors are well combined.
