Ingredients:
  • Large Portobello mushrooms: 4
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
  • Olive oil or balsamic vinegar dressing: 2 tablespoons
Directions:

Remove the stems from each Portobello mushroom and wipe them clean with a damp paper towel.

Season both sides of each mushroom cap generously with salt, pepper, then brush or drizzle on olive oil.
