Ingredients:
- chicken breast: 2
- onion: 1
- bell pepper(s): 2 or more, sliced into strips
- cherry tomatoes: 1/2 cup chopped
- cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
- chili powder: 1 teaspoon or to taste
- olive oil: 2 tablespoons, divided
Directions:
Season the chicken breasts with cumin and chili powder. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan, then sear both sides of each breast until golden brown.
