Ingredients:
  • Espresso or strong coffee: 1 shot
  • Steamed milk: 2-3 ounces (60-90 ml)
  • Vanilla syrup or sugar: optional, to taste
Directions:

Brew a shot of espresso using an espresso machine.

Heat milk until it is hot and frothy. The temperature should be just below boiling (around 150°F or 65°C). You can use a microwave, saucepan on the stove with constant stirring, or steam using an espresso machine's steaming wand.
