  • Chicken Breasts: 2 pieces
  • Carrots: 1 cup, chopped
  • Peas: 1/2 cup frozen and thawed
  • Onion: 1/4 cup, diced
  • Chicken Broth: 2 cups
  • Butter: 3 tablespoons (plus extra for greasing the pan)
  • Salt and Pepper:
Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Lightly grease a pie dish with butter.

Roll out the pie crust and lay it in the prepared dish. Trim any excess.
