Ingredients:
  • Chickpeas: 1 cup
  • Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
  • Tahini paste: 3 tablespoons
  • Olive oil: 4 tablespoons, plus extra for serving
  • Garlic cloves: 2, minced
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Directions:

Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Transfer them to a food processor.

Add lemon juice, tahini paste, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic cloves, and salt into the food processor with the chickpeas.
