Ingredients:
- Ramen Noodles: 1 package (about 4 cups of cooked noodles)
- Pork Belly: 80 grams
- Chashu Pork Slices: 50 grams (pre-cooked and sliced)
- Noodles: 4 cups cooked
- Chicken Stock: 2 cups
- Soy Sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar: 1/2 teasoptionless (or to taste)
- Water: 2 cupsplus more if necessary for adjusting consistency
- Sesame Oil: 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Scallions and Roe/Eggs toppings: for garnish
Directions:
Bring the chicken stock, soy sauce, sugar, water (and sesame oil if using), along with pre-cooked slices of pork belly and Chashu to a boil. Reduce heat to low.
Simmer for about 20 minutes or until flavors meld together well.
