- Kalamata Olives: 1/2 cup, pitted and sliced

Directions:
Cook chicken breasts until fully cooked (about 6-7 minutes per side on medium heat). Let it cool and then slice into thin strips.
In a large salad bowl, combine sliced cucumber, diced tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, crumbled feta cheese, and pitted kalamata olives. Toss with olive oil dressing until well mixed.
