Ingredients:
- boneless chicken breast halves: 2
- all-purpose flour: 1 cup
- seasoned salt and pepper to taste:
- vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
Directions:
Season chicken breasts with seasoned salt, black pepper or other preferred spices.
Dredge each breast in flour until well-coated. Heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
