Ingredients:
- black beans: 1 can (15 oz)
- kidney beans: 1 can (15 oz)
- canned tomatoes: 28 oz
- bell pepper: 1 large, diced
- onion: 1 medium, chopped
- garlic clove: 2-3 minced
- cumin powder: 1 tsp
- chili powder: 1.5 tbsp or to taste
- ground black pepper: 0.25 tsp
- salt: to taste, optional
Directions:
Rinse and drain black beans and kidney beans.
In a large pot or dutch oven over medium heat add bell pepper, onion, garlic cloves. Cook until softened about 5 minutes.
