Grilled Beef Steak

Ingredients:
  • Beef steak: 4 pieces
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black pepper: to taste
  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Directions:

Season the beef steaks generously with salt, black pepper and garlic powder on both sides.

Preheat a grill to high heat. Brush each side of the steak lightly with olive oil. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached (usually medium rare), using tongs to flip once. Let rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
