Ingredients:
- Ripe avocados: 2
- Cocoa powder: 1/4 cup
- Maple syrup: 1/3 cup
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
- Almond milk: 2 tablespoons
- Pinch of salt: a pinch
Directions:
In a food processor, blend the avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract and almond milk until smooth.
Transfer the mousse to serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
