- Onion powder: 1/4 teaspoon

- Cooked shredded chicken: 2 cups, diced
Directions:
In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter and mix in flour until smooth.
Slowly whisk in whole milk while constantly stirring to avoid lumps. Continue cooking the mixture for about 5 minutes or until it thickens slightly.
