Ingredients:
  • Whole milk: 1 cup

  • Mozzarella cheese: 1/2 cup, shredded
  • Butter: 1 tablespoon
  • Flour: 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper (optional): 1/8 teaspoon or to taste
  • Cooked shredded chicken: 2 cups, diced
Directions:

In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter and mix in flour until smooth.

Slowly whisk in whole milk while constantly stirring to avoid lumps. Continue cooking the mixture for about 5 minutes or until it thickens slightly.
