Servings: 4
Ingredients:
  • Chicken thighs: 4
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
  • Flour for dredging: enough to coat chicken thighs evenly
  • Butter or oil: 2 tablespoons (for frying)
  • Bread crumbs: 1 cup, seasoned with salt and pepper
  • Egg wash or milk alternative for dredging chicken thighs twice (optional): as needed
Directions:

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour.

Dip each piece of dredged meat into egg wash or milk alternative, then roll it around in seasoned bread crumbs until fully coated. Heat butter (or oil) over medium heat to about 350°F for frying. Fry the chicken thigh pieces according to your preferred cook time – typically between 4-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and thoroughly heated through.

Serve hot with choice of sauce such as a spicy mustard mayonnaise.
