Ingredients:
- White chocolate chips: 1 cup
- Heavy cream: 2 tablespoons
- Peppermint extract: 1 teaspoon
- Chopped dark chocolate: 1 cup
- Crushed peppermints candies or candy canes, chopped: 1/2 cup
Directions:
Melt white chocolate and heavy cream together over a double boiler until smooth.
Stir in peppermint extract. Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading it into an even layer with a spatula.
